What are DRINK OUR HI-G's shipping details?
We offer shipping rates based on US Postal Services (USPS) calculations and in support of the USPS we trust that these rates are calculated correctly based on their knowledge of the package sizes we offer for our products. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns about the calculated rates.
PS: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order.
So, when will I receive my Loose Leaf Tea order?
The process is simple…You order, takes a few minutes.

We handcraft all our tea blends with joy, within 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 6pm EST are processed the next business day).

We schedule your shipping and our USPS carriers take it from there! A tracking number will come to your inbox once your shipment has been registered.
Where does DRINK OUR HI-G ship?
DRINK OUR HI-G currently ships to the entire United States of America and its Territories. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Why isn’t DRINK OUR HI-G everywhere around the world?

Having problems with DRINK OUR HI-G’s tracking?
That sucks and we truly regret when that happens! Sometimes it can take the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status, especially in these days of CoVID19. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, don’t waste time, shake us up at info@drinkourhig.com and we will have a solution.
Can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at info@drinkourhig.com and we’ll be glad to see what we can do based on the order you placed.

What health conditions are DRINK OUR HI-G products suitable for?
While we are not making clinical claims and do not profess to be clinicians, we use evidence based research to inform our customers of our benefits. There are quite a few blends out there and we appreciate it that you came to us. So email us at info@drinkourhig.com with specific questions and also make sure to always consult with your doctor in case you are dealing with specific health conditions/medication issues.
Our products are organically grown and carefully handcrafted so what you see is what you get! No artificial coloring or flavoring! We use eco-friendly packaging and make it easy for you to reuse the packaging your products came in because we love the environment.
Where were your tea blends harvested?
Glad you asked! We source our teas from sustainable and ethical women farmers and have relationships with our farmers through their companies who inform us, from Sudan to Rwanda, from Thailand to Turkey.
Will I see results with DRINK OUR HI-G? And if so when?
At our core we celebrate health and wellness and lead by acknowledging everyone has a different physical journey, uses a diverse combination of food and beverage products and honestly leads different lifestyles, so timing of positive changes will vary from person to person. Are the ingredients natural, non-GMO or organic in your Tea Products at Drink Our Hi-G?
DRINK OUR HI-G tea products are natural when they make sense, and non-GMO and organic when necessary.
Are DRINK OUR HI-G tea blends gluten-free and soy-free, or vegan?
Yes. All our tea and tisane blends are gluten-free and soy-free, AND vegan! No flavorings or oils or sweeteners derived from animal products
Do DRINK OUR HI-G products expire?
DRINK OUR HI-G products have a 2-year shelf life. Once the product is open it will last for 24 months. We recommend keeping your tea blends in dry places, stored in bags/(glass) containers that are sealed airtight.
Are there DRINK OUR HI-G tea products ingredients that are not included on the website or packaging?
No. Our product philosophy is to use only the tea ingredients we believe are necessary to make a quality tea or tisane blend. We value transparency, so all our ingredients are listed on our website and packaging.
